Michael Madigan is a third generation chef, second to attend the CIA and a master at his craft.
"His passion, creativity and training, make him one of the finest chefs to ply the waters of the tri-state area..... It is the experience aboard Eastern Star which one writer for The New York Times describes as - “a gourmet wining and dining mini-vacation.”

His experience culminates from two decades as a Chef In Europe, Asia, Micronesia, The Carribean,
Pacific Islands and the USA at some of the finest Hotels and Resorts in the world.
Michael is commited to serving others and has been a particpant in the rescue, recovery and relief of those affected by 9/11. With the help of senior management from Price, Waterhouse & Coopers LLP, fed hundreds at Ground Zero on the day of the event and the week following the tragic loss. Working together we aided many rescue workers, firemen and New Yorkers during those tough times.
Michael followed his
plan to continue serving and staged one of the largest events in the South Pacific for the Pacific Command and
Naval OPs Reallignment in conjunction with the USO. Together we opened and catered the largest opening of a relief center for the troops.

Michael graduated in 1992 from the Hyde Park campus where he left and went to work for the Rockefellers in the British Virgin Islands. His experience earned as a third generation chef and second generation to attend the world renowned Culinary Institute of America will show in our work.
